Our consultants are trained to listen to customers to discover the functional and aesthetic requirement of each piece of furniture and assist them in accurately identifying their needs with an emphasis on functionality and end-user benefits.
Once installed and in-use, customer feedback on our products is communicated to the manufacturers at design briefings enabling new products to be developed for changing market needs.

We recognise that performance – ours, our manufacturers’ and most importantly the performance of our products - is the key to our business. We have, therefore, organised our business to benefit our clients.
By offering products from a select number of manufacturers, pentangle achieves significant volumes with each supplier. This gives greater buying power and coupled with our low overhead structure, allows us to offer exceptionally competitive prices while performing well in terms of order fulfilment. We are constantly striving to improve business efficiency to drive down costs and our use of technology and innovative ways of working contributes to this.
